The Querini wall lamp was created as a tribute to the timeless dialogue between history, architecture, and light that characterizes the Querini Stampalia Foundation in Venice. Crafted from alabaster with metal details, the lamp draws inspiration from Carlo Scarpa's refined designs for the Foundation. Its overlapping lines and delicate concentric profiles evoke the rhythm of Scarpa's staircases, thresholds, and architectural elements, reinterpreting their language through a simple, contemporary form. The contrast between the mineral purity of the alabaster and the precision of the metal details gives the lamp an architectural and sculptural character, capable of interacting with contemporary spaces without sacrificing a powerful poetic dimension. Querini is an object that expresses the culture of Venetian design: a balance between memory and innovation, between material and light, between the rigor of detail and the evocative power of architecture.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
